The Process

Step 1
Once we receive your online payment, we will process your order and ship three finger/thumb print molds to you. Allow two to three weeks from the time that your order is placed to receive your first package.

Step 2
When you receive your first package from us, please look over your invoice to make sure your order is correct regarding any gemstones, chains, or other options you have chosen for your piece. If your order is not correct, please notify us immediately.

Step 3
From the three supplied molds, you will make an impression of your child's fingerprint, thumbprint, or pet's paw-print, and selecting from the three, you will send back the best mold impression. To make the mold impression, follow the printed instruction sheet that will be included in your package. Note: Children must be at least 15 months old.

Step 4
Ship the mold back to us in the same package that you received it in, using the pre-printed shipping label.

Step 5
You will receive an email confirming that we have received you return package and an approximate delivery date for your finished jewelry. Each piece is a unique creation, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your item to be created.

Shipping
All shipping and insurance will be through UPS ground. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your zip code. Insurance will be calculated based on the dollar value of your final jewelry shipment. All shipping charges will be added to your final checkout total.
